My apologies for not putting my question in bold - I tried to read the game guide (honest!), but for some reason the link was not working. I will be on my best behavior from now on! Ok, so here is my question again...

What was the original plan for the now defunct "island" (the one with the flashing light on top) in the lake in front of the Boardwalk, and why was it scrapped?

A few clarifications are in order I think. There is no island any more, just a pole with a flashing light on it. It was more of a big (fake) rock than a true island, and not big enough to hold a ride (only a few feet across). It was not in the middle of the lake, but about 100 feet out from the boardwalk.

well good morning CC'ers Sorry to have been away for such a while. Being the boss I had to start cracking the whip over here. Too many employees on the internet in their favorite chat room or discussion boards You guys wouldn't have any idea what I mean by that would you???? Anyway, since I am the owner I finally had to go NAG. Tried to even come in and answer questions at 3 and 4 in the morning but didn't know any anwers then either.

What is the exact location of the Sci Fi Drive In at MGM? I figure this has to be a trick question like Pluto or milky way lane or something. It can't be as easy as looking at an MGM map

No idea on the purpose of the island...but I think that last snowglobe is somewhere in the Grand Floridian...
