Kids are wicked aren't they! When I took Kacee to Nursery in the snow we skidded down the hill to his Nursery sideways...I thought I was going to die and Kacee was sat in the back laughing and saying 'Again Daddy@!

My valentines started off badly. Gave my OH his card and he looked said it wasn't his birthday yet Needless to say no valentine for me . Anyway I went in a serious huff with him going on about commercialisation and being dictated to by the media about when he should tell me he loved me.

He obviously was feelin guilty. Heres the best bit when he came home he said I can book an adults only weekend trip to guess where...................

Only problem is I dont know if I could reallly not take the kids. I'm feelin guilty just thinkin about it. I've never even left my 4 year old for a night never mind go to france (However I have spent the weekend pricing flights etc.)

Wow, that's fantastic! Can you get him to talk to Neil! I might leave this page open as a hint to him. He blames the forgetting of Valentines Day on the car crash I hope you have a fantastic time.

Ellie has been told that they don't have a bed for her yet and we have to wait until 12 now!

Kinda wish I didn't know anything like when we had Kacee, at least I wasn't nervous for ages before hand!!!

Grrr, I ended up induced with Lottie and had to go in for 4pm, they didn't have a bed and I ended up being induced at 11.30pm which was not conducive for a good sleep!

john - i think the waiting for the bed is the most stressful part - as u know ur close.... but it can still be taken away - iykwim.

shes done a fab job cooking ds2 this long, so i have everything crossed the end is getting closer!!!

and just think - ull be seein ur baby soon and checking to see eyes, nose, mouth and how much he looks like kacee and deciding on names etc..... think the first day is so exciting - just 'wandering' and enjoying the wonder of new life!!!

I honestly can't remember if I posted on here! Lottie and Neil were in a car crash on Weds, they're both OK with a bit of whiplash and bruising, but I think that the insurance company will write the car off as uneconomical to repair, so we're car hunting again. It only passed the MOT on Tues having had some work done on it and then it was hit on Weds! We have a courtesy zafira atm which I like, but Neil thinks it's a bus!!

car hunting is a pain - but right now u can get some really good deals so i hope u can find a car u like without too much hassle....

I do too. Ellie isn't considered a priority as she isn't overdue yet so it's just a waiting game unfortunatly.

I'm lying (well half sitting) in bed on my first day of half term feeling sorry for myself. Not very often I take to my bed but it's the only place I feel anywhere near comfortable! I ache and everytime I move I feel like I'm going to be sick, hopefully it will wear off as the day goes on.
