I added a new percentage category so I could fit in each topic I wanted to explore. I hope that is okay. It's definitely more work on the host, so please don't anyone else feel you have to keep it for upcoming months.

The color thing is always hard. I debated over subbing grey for pink, but pink just didn't fit into Nightmare. And my thoughts were validated when I saw a YouTube clip of Jack and Sally surveying parasols, and Jack said something like, "they are nice but a little too pink ... do you have something in grey?"

Our entire team ended the month at 88.1%, at the high end of Jack Skellington Grey. But adjusting for folks who did not report any time or who dropped out within their first week, the team ended up at 101.8% and WISH Green!
