Online check in

Fairly certain I know the answer, but want to be sure... I called MS last week to put in a request for our upcoming SSR stay. If I do online check in, and don't make any requests when doing so (not even sure the stupid thing allows for it anymore. Half the time it seems that feature doesn't work on MDE), it won't mess with the request I put in with member services, right?

Yes, that is the general consensus and my experience overall.

It was explained to me that anything you enter into Online Check-in overrides any notes you provided MS directly.

Right....so if I do online check in and make NO requests while doing it, it won't mess with my phoned in request to member services for an refurbished room. Right?
