My OCD comes in a strange form. The minute I forget a thought- I worry that my IPad- is going to get wet in the shower. I just got a LifeProof case- I still worry. What do I do? Any ideas?

In my personal experience many people find Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) very helpful in working past irrational fears/recurring thoughts.

Other than that, just keep your device away from water. Make a plan for if it does get wet; realize that it will be OK. Honestly OCD is not something that tends to improve without help and a lot of work. I'm sorry, I know it can be difficult.
