My Rapunzel Costume for MNSSHP-FINISHED! Pg 3

We are back and had a great trip to WDW! We met Rapunzel twice <3

We had fun at MNSSHP but it was mostly due to the attention we got because of our costumes, LOL. We probably wouldn't go to MNSSHP again because we really hated the soundtrack to the parade and fireworks and we especially disliked the villain show (Except for the opening with Dr. Facillier)...DBF said it reminded him of a "1990's French Disco or a tween movie with little girls trying on clothes at the mall"

Anyways...pictures!!

I liked how it came out except I just want to add more hair to the front of the wig to make it fuller. I think it is too flat. Besides that I am pretty happy with how it came out

It was expensive and time consuming to make the wig, but it was fairly easy. I'm crafty but it was my first time doing a wig.

Thank you! If I were to make these costumes to sell they would take about 3 months each and I would have to charge over $1,000.00 to make it worth my while for both materials and the time it takes to make so I don't think that would be possible but I appreciate the compliment

I'm not really sure what I am doing this year. I usually try to do something over the top, so we'll see. I have been considering doing Effie Trinket from The Hunger Games:

But IF I do this, I won't be replicating anything from the movie, I will just be making something absurd that goes along the same guidelines as what she wears in the movie-and I really want to do her ridiculous makeup.
