The restaurant I am chef at took part in a event to raise money for Make-a-Wish Utah last night at the Paint Mixer in Park City, UT, and the young lady and her family will be heading down soon to stay at GKTW. Her favorite movie is Tangled, so I did my best to tie some colors from the movie into the chocolate mousse. I made shrimp cocktail and fancy pigs in a blanket. They also had a mobile churro maker there.

I kind of went and did my own thing as far as the painting goes.
