Good luck! I agree with the other members that outside of broad macroeconomic deterioration BLT is about as low as we will see it go.

I agree...its actually trending a bit lower than I thought it would...I figured wed see the average stay around $120...and while that might still be there, there are certainly enough now getting it a bit lower that it becomes a really great deal!

Just had our offer on a BLT contract accepted. Still need to do the paperwork and then face down the ROFR monster, but pretty darn excited! Thanks y'all!

Congratulations! BLT has been pretty safe for ROFR recently but fingers crossed for you anyway!
