When you make a modification (which I did about an hour ago), are you suppose to receive a confirmation e-mail?

The modification was successful, just curious about the followup.

Yes, but the emails are often delayed hours or even days.

Agree, I've experienced getting my confirmations mail 2-4 days later. Normally they arrive within 1-4 hours.
