We are thinking Nov 12 to Nov 21 ,2020
Food and Wine Festival in EPCOT
VMMCP too - planned for one day

Crowds ?
Weather ?
Best WDW parks to visit ?
It will be 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and after Halloween

One of the best times! Holiday decorations are up. Weather is cooler but you can usually swim midday. Crowds are moderate but not overwhelming. MVMCP is great. With 9 days there visit all of the parks!

Mid November is a great time to go. The heat of summer is gone but the chill of winter hasn't (usually) arrived. The crowds are reasonable. Epcot is busy on the weekends, especially during Food and Wine. Before we became snowbirds we made a number of trip in early/mid November to catch both the end of Food and Wine and the holiday decorations. With a nine day stay you'll have plenty of time to visit all of the parks.
Wishing you a pixiedust: visit!

Thank you
We will have our lands end squall jackets with us, since we are from the northern USA
We will also bring sweatshirts to wear on a cool evening.

We went Nov 12 to 18 2017, did multiple days at Food and Wine and 1 MVMCP. Crowds were only bad for Food and Wine on Weekend days, otherwise very pleasant crowd wise in all the parks. The weather was very warm for us, we wore shorts the entire time.

That time is a great time to go weatherwise. One year a cold front came through early morning of our last day and it was upper 50's with a stiff breeze but otherwise perfect weather.
