1. Will the ship provide an extension cord if the cord on my wife's CPAP won't reach the outlets? If so, is it the availability guaranteed?
2. Are we allowed to bring USB extension cords (usb male and female ends only, no outlet end)?
3. Can I exchange USD to Bahamian dollars on the ship? If so, is this necessary (our only foreign non-RCL port is Freeport and we're only planning on going to Atlantis)? Is there an exchange fee (right now per Google the exchange rate is 1 USD = 1 BSD)?
4. Will I be issued a Card or wrist band for use on the ship?
5. If we have the deluxe beverage package, will the ship deliver bottled water to our room?
6. If we purchase the Unlimited Dining Package, are we limited to what we can get at each restaurant on each visit (for instance, could I order (2) different entrees from Chops during the same visit)?
7. Aside from the Casino and shopping outside of the ship, will I need cash on my person for anything else? What about if we want to tip extra?
8. Anyone have any suggestions on where to park at Cape Liberty?
9. How about a hotel to say at night before departure?

1. I think you should include this question in your guest services email. I really don't want to mislead you with an incorrect answer given what you'd like to use the extension for.

2. I'm not certain what you mean by extension cord. But I had an Anker 4 port USB hub and some long USB cords (they could stretch from the outlet to the couch) and there was no issue.

3. They will take USD in the Bahamas. CC posts seem to indicate that they will also return (ha!) money in USD. Guess it's pretty easy when your dollar is at par (shakes fist at John Diefenbaker).

4. You will get a SeaPass Card, and I believe RFID WOWbands might be available on Oasis now. Those cost (I think) $7 and can be reused on ships that allow WOWband use.

5. Not sure about delivering water to the room. I've seen suggestions from people to order a drink "and a bottle of water". Do that enough and you won't be wanting for water in your room.

6. Not sure about this one. But I haven't done a specialty restaurant in quite some time, due to cost - right now, I could do a prix fixe at Ruth's Chris for the same full price that Chops charges.

7. You will need cash to tip the luggage porters during embarkation, and if you want to tip "over and above" the auto-gratuity rate then cash is useful. Labadee has a small "village market" and people that will help you with your lounge chairs. They are not employees of Royal so you will need cash to deal with them.

Also, if you need to exchange money, you can go to the casino or guest services.

We stayed at Raddisons Country Inn and Suites in Elizabeth, New Jersey. They have Sleep and Cruise rates that you can add on parking. They have a shuttle to and from the port for a per person charge( if you park there I think the shuttle is free) We did Uber. They had a nice bar in the lobby and breakfast in the morning. We walked to a Ruby Tuesday for dinner- really needs work:( There is a shopping plaza nearby. There are other hotels in the same area, Marriott, Embassy Suites but I don’t know if they have parking packages. We have only gone out of Cape Liberty once :)

1. I think you should include this question in your guest services email. I really don't want to mislead you with an incorrect answer given what you'd like to use the extension for. I e-mailed guest services on this and they said they would have an extension cord and distilled water waiting in our stateroom when we board.

2. I'm not certain what you mean by extension cord. But I had an Anker 4 port USB hub and some long USB cords (they could stretch from the outlet to the couch) and there was no issue. I have one of these as well so that should work fine.

5. Not sure about delivering water to the room. I've seen suggestions from people to order a drink "and a bottle of water". Do that enough and you won't be wanting for water in your room. We will definitely do this. Thanks.

Also, if you need to exchange money, you can go to the casino or guest services. Ok, perfect.

Thanks for the info. I'll check this out.

I had a plug on the nightstand for my CPAP. Didn't need an extension cord. We were in a verandah room.

3. You will not need to exchange money at all for the Bahamas. Especially in Atlantis, even their casino takes USD.

6. You are limited to one entree per visit, but you can get more than one appetizer. Alternatively, you can go to Chops at 6pm for dinner, then a different specialty restaurant at 9pm for a second dinner if you like, but only one entree at each dinner.
