Location of National car rental?

This is the first year we will be renting a car to get to WDW. My
question is, where is National rental located at MCO? Can I walk to it
or do I need to take a shuttle?
I was hoping that I could go get the car while the rest of my group
gets the bags.

The Counter is on the first level beside AVIS and Dollar. Baggage Claim is one level up. We usually have two people go down to the car rental counter with the carryon luggage, then once we are all set, the one person goes up to baggage claim to get the rest of the group. This seems to work well (just make sure the person down at the car rental area stays in one spot! Also, there aren't escalators between level 1 and 2, just 2 and 1. From level 1, I went up to level 3, then took an elevator down to 2 because I couldn't find a down escalator. Just use the elevators!
