I don't envy those people at the other end of our phones. They must be feeling swamped today.

I, for one, am not only grateful for getting the reservation I wanted, but also for having a delightful and cheerful person to help me (in my case, Jenny).

Whatever they are paid, they are earning every penny today!

Amen! I called about something totally unrelated to AKV ressies and Myrtle was as nice and helpful as she could possible be. Even though they're getting slammed, they're still wonderful.

I couldn't agree with you more. I was also fortunate to have Myrtle receive my call. She did a fantastic job helping me through the AKV reservation process, even with the 2008 problems they were having. She was so pleasant I didn't mind the wait!

I had Adam this morning. Eventhough I could not get my August request since my points cannot be used until September, He was very helpful looking at other dates. I tried Jan 3-6 but 2008 bookings were having problems so I decided for November which I got!

I also had to move resorts for August and he was very helpful.

Offerred to stay on the line with me while they fixed the glitch with the '08 bookings and when I decided to go in November he told me the dates of the Christmas party and offered to help with tickets.

I told him thank you many times and how wonderful he was.

They do a great job! I could never do that job. I would loose my patience almost immediately. They must take some zen yoga classes or something.

I always check on the survey that I like having people on the other end of this reservation system, because they can help you think things through and offer up alternatives and suggestions if needed.
