I recently purchased 10 Minute Solutions Workouts to Shape Up. It includes 10 minutes each of Boot Camp, Pilates, Ballet, Yoga, and Kickboxing. I watched the video prior to to participating, to make sure I could follow along.
I started with a Pilates routine yesterday and tried Boot Camp but couldn't keep up. Today I did the Pilates again this morning and tried kickboxing, which I didn't think I could do.
It was really fun! I noticed the stretching at my waist during the punches. I had a little trouble with the kicks, but I was concerned with my the dog sleeping five feet from my position.
Anyone else kickboxing? What about the other workouts - boot camp, ballet, yoga?
