Hi, I just noticed a $200 refund on my visa from Royal Caribbean from 1/2/19. Went to the website to see if it said anything on my account. It says we do not have any upcoming cruises. The deposit made in September for a cruise next September was $200. I have emailed my travel agent but wondered if there has been glitches with this? Our pay in full date is June. I checked the website and our cabin and cruise is available to book.
We had our first cruise we booked in September be cancelled and had to change to this cruise. We are first time Royal cruisers, usually do Disney. Have never had such problems before when booking a cruise.
