Izumi

My husband asked me this today and I didn't know the answer. Is Izumi a 'show kitchen' grill? My husband loved Teppan Edo at Epcot particularly for the show put on by the chefs as they cooked our food. I watched the little official Royal Carribean advert for Izumi but it seemed to show individual little hot stones racther than the big grill. We enjoy Sushi, but the kids hate it (they always try it hoping to like it, but just don't). We are trying to decide between just going to Izumi on the Allure cruise or going to Epcot post-cruise. Which is better? Are they comparable?
