Okay today is Aug 1st and if all you can try I can too! I need/want to lose around 35lbs(and still wouldn't be skinnieminnie) We are in the process of adopting a 6y/o boy who is originally from Russia and we have a beautiful dgt who is 7y/o. I need to shape up and stay healthy for them! I plan to check in every week with my wgt lose and hopefully with this board I will stay inspired. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!
