We had custom shirts made for our upcoming trip and our sons first Thanksgiving. I am totally heartbroken and the lady says I am just complaining. Please give me your honest opinion on these shirts and if you would be happy to accept them without question.

We leave this weekend and I don't have a way to make new shirts and I am already out the money I paid for these. Not to mention some of the images are on the wrong size shirts and none of them are the same size.

Those are terrible and I am so sorry you have to deal with this.

My local mall has a custom tshirt stand at a kiosk, maybe if you have one in your mall they could throw something together for you that you would have control of.

Regardless, don't let the shirts ruin your trip. I know it's unfortunate but think of the fun that lies ahead!!

WOW, beyond bad. I would for sure ask for my money back, let her sell them to someone else. I would be sure to leave poor reviews with the photos!! If you bought via Etsy or something, file a complaint with them as well.

Those are terrible. I'm sorry this happened to you. Saying that those shirts look amateurish is an insult to amateurs such as myself ( I sew mostly costumes). I would never hire myself out, but even I know how to applique--which is to say, use a tight zig-zag stitch around the outer edge of the piece you're applying. Aside from looking terrible, those are going to fall apart the first time you wash them, because they weren't done right.

I'm curious--did you see samples before you ordered? Did they look at all like those photos? You're within your rights to demand your money back.

Please don't fret about your trip, though. I'm sure you'll have a great time, even without matching shirts.

I second this sentiment. Enjoy your trip and forget about these shirts while you're there!:flower1:

But complain and get your money back for sure.

Wow! I cannot believe someone thought those shirts were acceptable to sell. The poor workmanship is quite obvious. You’re not “complaining”. You have eyes, and are simply making an observation about the shoddy workmanship.

I’d demand a refund. I’d write a polite, but strongly worded email, with those pictures included, saying that you will have to go on your trip without the shirts, but that you expect a full refund for the shirts. I’m not sure where you bought the shirts, but look for the company’s contact info and email them as well.

Get a refund and let her be the one to "complain" about the situation. Never buy from her again. I'm kind of curious how you got into this. Is this an online seller, or an acquaintance or something?

Horrible junk! Send them back and ask for a refund. If you never get a refund, at least you won't be wearing that awful stuff in public. Consider that a win! When you are at Disney World check out a store at Disney Springs called UNIQLO for some super soft and comfortable Disney T's. Put this behind you, it's not important, and enjoy your vacation with your beautiful family.
