How does this itinerary sound?

Me, DH, DD-4, grandma, grandpa -- leaving Fri.3/9 around 1pm, driving all night (rotating drivers), arriving Saturday morning around 9am (allowing for stops). We will pre-checkin at Buena Vista Suites, and go sight-seeing for awhile -- touring Disney resorts, shopping, and/or swim in hotel pool. Our room should be ready between noon-3pm. We will go back for a much-needed showers & naps. We have PS at Chef Mickey's at 6:30 and then will watch the fireworks from observation deck or Poly beach (if time allows).
Sunday-- Magic Kingdom
Monday-- Animal Kingdom(morning) and EPCOT(afternoon & evening)--PS for Ice Cream Social
Tuesday--Islands of Adventure
Wednesday--MGM Studios--PS for Hollywood & Vine lunch (may cancel this one)
Thursday--EPCOT (morning) and Magic Kingdom--PS for Crystal Palace-lunch.
Friday--check out,drive-- Stop at Pensacola so DD can see the white sand. Stay a half hour or so. Drive to Biloxi. Tour battleship (Mobile?)Staying at Isle of Capri casino & hotel.
Saturday--Drive home. :( :cool:

You have set yourself up perfectly for epcot! on the day you go in the afternoon and evening, plan on doing the front of the park (future world) and when you go back for the morning, have breakfast on the boardwalk then do the world showcase. you will have epcot all to yourselves this way!
