Holiday Inn at Disney Springs mini-review

We stayed at the Holiday Inn at Disney Springs on Hotel Plaza Drive from June 7-11. We used reward points for our room which connected to my mother in law's room and my mother purchased her room separately. The hotel is very nice! Especially nice for being a Holiday Inn. We arrived at 2pm and my mother's room and one of our adjoining ones were ready. By the time we arrived back from Disney Springs around 7pm, then last room was ready. We stayed in rooms 1101, 1107, and 1108. 07 and 08 had Disney Springs views and we could even see fireworks from two parks in the very far distance!

We ate dinner one right at the hotel restaurant and it was one of the best meals we had one our trip. It was very good quality and we received wonderful service from the waitstaff. Drink prices were VERY expensive IMO though. $13 for a Stoli and Sprite! Crazy.

We only used the pool two short times. It was alright. Nothing special but nothing to sneer at either.

You couldn't beat the location though. 5-10 minute walk to the Springs at a leisurely pace tops. We chose to drive to the parks instead of using their shuttle so I can't comment on that but I did hear the person at the desk tell someone that the morning shuttles for the following day were booked up so take that for what it's worth.

All in all it was a great choice and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

**once I get to my computer I'll upload some pics. It's not working from my phone.

Thanks for the mini-review! Our family really likes this hotel, my parents in particular. They don't like to drive while in Orlando so they like the proximity of this hotel to Disney Springs, the shuttles to the parks and the shopping shuttle to LBFS. They also have a nice buffet breakfast.

We have stayed here a couple of times in the past. I remember it being very clean and the beds are super comfortable.
