HHN - early closure of the back part of the park

We were at Universal on Wed. 9/18 and they closed the back section of the park super early for HHN. We usually eat dinner at Finnegan's since the rest of my family goes to HHN and it is a holding area. We were unable to go in and eat and the back part of the park was closed off starting at around 3:45 pm. So even tho the park was open till 5 we were unable to have access to restaurant or back sections of the park. Unfair in my opinion and thank goodness we were going back on Friday. Just an FYI to anyone else to make sure you check to see when they are closing the back part of the park.

Finnegans has for years followed that practice with no reservations after a specific time on hhn dates
