Help to identify

I found what I think is from a printing press. It's a metal plate with the old "Three Little Pigs and Mickey Mouse Cookies" design printed backwards. The backside is blank. Can anyone help me out? What is it?

This is the original picture and a reversal of it. I'm guessing mid-to-late 30's.
