There is a sight for Walt Disney World recipes, but these are the only ones I saw from The Wave:

In that case, here's what Southern Kitchen says when I search "Coca-Cola briased beef" -

You can also try emailing Guest Relations. Sometimes they've been able to send us a recipe. It will help if you include the exact name of the dish, which restaurant, the time and date.
