Nice meal plans! We are doing California Grill as well this trip and I'm excited to go there again. I read a review recently of the new Artist Point meal and it sounded fantastic.
I know! I can’t wait to try it!

I think you should make the decision...BTW, Le Cellier has a Blueberry Icewine Martini.
It’s not like I can actually order that.

I really don’t care between the two. I do love the bread and and poutine at Le Collier though...

It's been a while since I've been to Le Cellier.
I just want to try all the different martinis this trip.

Is Le Collier actually like a steak place in Canada or is it very Americanized? I’ve always kind of wondered how people from those countries felt about the dining.

Steak places are big in the Calgary, Alberta area. I've never been there so can't compare.
The poutine that Le Cellier offers isn't what I would call authentic. They don't use squeaky cheese curds!

In general, not sure how authentic the food at WS is. I'm Chinese and I wouldn't eat at the China pavilion.

    Pre-trip report update!

Shall we go over fastpasses? These change pretty often and I will change things day of as I see fit.

Due to arriving and the expo my fastpasses at MK don't start until 2PM.

    5:35PM-6:35PM Space Mountain
    7PM-8PM Seven Dwarfs Mine Train

    Jan. 10th

10:15AM-11:15AM Navi River Journey (I couldn't get FoP due to a switch in plans so the plan is to try day of FP or most likely rope drop)

    12:30PM-1:30PM Kilimanjaro Safaris

    Jan. 11th

    11:45AM-12:45PM Jungle Cruise

    3:15PM-4:15PM Star Tours
    4:15PM-5:15PM Slinky Dog Dash

    Jan. 13th

2:10PM-3:10PM Meet Mickey Mouse (I have never actually done this here)
    3:45PM-4:45PM Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
    5PM-6PM Space Mountain

    Jan. 14th

    9:10AM-10:10AM Spaceship Earth
    10:10AM-11:10AM Mission:Space
    12:25PM-1:25PM Frozen Ever After

    Jan. 15th

    10:15AM-11:15AM Slinky Dog Dash
    11:50AM-12:50PM Rockin Rollercoaster
    1:20PM-2:20PM Tower of Terror

Thats the plan for now. I probably will move things around and add additional fastpasses in after using the 3.

Can't wait to see everyone is roughly 10 days now!

That's awesome! What race is the magic band costume for, I know I saw you mention it but can't find it again?
