Going for NYE to Disney World for our daughter's 8th b-day. Questions.

Okay, we sort of planned it last minute. Here is the thing, we are not staying on property. We are renting a condo to save money and we are also driving to save money. We want to site-see some other areas of Florida, so it works out. Anyway, curious if anyone can offer some suggestions on what we wouldn't want to miss during the our time there. December 29th - January 6th. We are doing all the parks, and for our daughter's b-day we are planning on doing the Aloha Dinner Show and then afterwards fireworks on the "beach". We are super excited about that. Just wanting suggestions of other things we wouldn't want to miss.
