Gift card website issues?

I have been trying to log in to the Disney Gift Card site to combine my cards and it is not working. Is anyone else having issues logging in?

A couple of weeks ago I was having trouble trying to create an account. I called the number and at the time they couldn't help cause I called at the wrong time, no one was available to help. I was suppose to call back, but I was finally able to get it to work and successfully created an account. Must have been my human error.
