My best friend's mom made this fruit salad all the time while I was growing up, and it's always been my favorite fruit salad.
1 can peach pie filling
1 container frozen strawberries in juice, defrosted (or slice fresh strawberries and sweeten so that they're in juice)
Any other soft fruits, such as blackberries, blueberries, bananas, white grapes, etc.
The base of this salad is the peach pie filling and strawberries with juice. That's what makes it taste so good. It's great if they can be refrigerated together a while before serving, but if that's not possible, just keep the pie filling in the fridge so that it will be cold. If adding bananas, slice them and add them just before serving.
