A couple of weeks ago I posted how the reservation I had at HIFS for a sweetheart suite was not honored. I wrote a letter to one of the owners and I received a very nice call of apology from the manager. He explained the situation in detail and had a very lengthy apology in that he was very sorry for my inconvience. He offered compensation of a free room, which I declined. I told him I appreciate the offer but that I didn't write the letter looking for something free. I was pleased with the handeling of the situation and based on it will probably try to book one of the suites again in the future.
