I've made it, that is my first week in. I've lost 5 pounds. I'm off to the gym tomorrow for my first spinning class and a swim.
 
Well I'm still alive, did everything that my instructor told me to do in the gym, then I did my spinning class and with the last bit of strength I had went for a swim. Crawled to my car and then into my bed. Have to admit that this morning I am not as sore as I thought I would be.
 
Have been going to the gym four times a week for the last three weeks. I'm still not feeling that burst of energy that my instructor keeps saying that I will feel, however, I never thought that I would say this but I actually enjoy the gym. I've got a very busy job and attend night school as well as doing voluntary work so I can get very stressed. The gym has given me a focus and once I'm there I really do enjoy it. Hopefully soon I will find that burst of energy that at the moment eludes me.
 
Think I have finally experienced the burst of energy that my instructor said I would. Unfortunately it only last for about an hour and now I am as tired and sore as I have been for the last three weeks. It turns out that I have not been doing my crunchies or my reverse crunchies correctly. That must be the reason why my tummy is still a bit flabby!!

On the positive side I am not as hungry as I have been recently. I have been eating lots of fruit and a salad twice a day. When I feel like having something I shouldn't have I think about all the lovely food that I will be eating when I get to WDW, then I ask myself if the food that I am going to break my diet for is as good as the food at WDW, after I have answered my own question I go back to my salad.
 


Well here we go another week in and I've lost five pounds. I don't know how I managed it, well I do. I have been really busy at work and I have been going to the gym every day, in fact there was one day that I thought I wouldn't be able to make it and I was quite upset about it. I new by joining the gym and paying the monthly subscription that it would motivate me to go to it, I knew that psychology degree wouldn't go to waste, only wish that I had thought of it sooner!!!LOL!!!
