If you disliked it the first time...don't waste your time this time.

I saw both FOTLK and Nemo my last trip. I even had a 'bad' seat (near the edge) during Nemo but really enjoyed it. I would gladly see Nemo again and would skip FOTLK. Everyone's different.

We loved it! On the other hand lots of people seem to enjoy Fantasmic! and we thought the most entertaining thing about the whole experience was the conversation we had with the family sitting in front of us while we waited for it to start. I'm excited to go back for the first time because now I know what we loved, what we liked and what we sort of... meehhh. If you know you would rather do other things, do other things!

I would agree with those who say skip it if you didn't like it the first time around. We found it mediocre but we still did it on both of our trips last year. On the first one, we all napped through it, despite those very uncomfortable seats!

The OP has already seen the show, in-person, on a previous trip.

Maybe now that you know the performers are supposed to be seen, you will have a new appreciation for it!! We love it and see it every trip. I think the performers are really talented!!

I absolutely adore the show but it's long- I don't see it every trip. If you know you don't like it, I think your time would be better served elsewhere.

I would skip it if you didn't like it. We try everything at least once, and have never done this one again. Then again, for full disclosure, I'm not a big puppet fan. I didn't like the Broadway version of Lion King either, and I don't like ventriloquists.

I often say Finding Nemo: The Musical is my favorite attraction at Walt Disney World.

As others have said....its the same show. Nothing has changed.
I did not care for it, too long and seemed to drag on forever. But LOVE Lion King- mainly the monkeys!

Love it! Seating is uncomfortable though.. if you didn't like it the first time, i don't expect you will like the 2nd time...

I do find the comments about the seating being uncomfortable curious.
Do those who find it bad think FotLK or (old) FoW seating better? or F!?
Honestly, they are all the same to me. At least Nemo seats have backs.

I am with you 100%. While I am never going to sit here and proclaim that sitting in the theater is like reclining in a Lazy-Boy, I have never noticed that the Nemo Theater seats are any worse than Bear Jamboree, FoTLK, Beauty and the Beast, or numerous other venues.

    Op here-

I've decided (?!) I could maybe give it a second shot -dd1 hasn't seen the show & is curious as to why we disliked it so much

    Here's another idea...
Below is a free link to YouTube clips of the Cast Album of Finding Nemo the Musical.
    (No video, just the soundtrack.)

You all can listen to a few of the songs and see it they entice or deter you from seeing the show.

    It hasn't changed. Don't bother, it's a bore.

Awful! And you'll rarely get me to say that about any show. Absolutely painful to sit through.

Hunchback was the best and Disney World has never had anything come close! We miss it terribly.

There were Disney bigwigs at the back when we watched the show-
I was really, really tempted to share those very words as we left!!

We hated it too. One time was one time too many.
