This morning I swam for 45 minutes.

Who's next ????????????????
 
This morning I did Firm BSS1 Body Sculpt (upper and lower body) with heavy weights. Who's next? :cool1:
 


I did 50 minutes lower body weights and abs and 20 minutes rower, 30 minutes recumbent bike, 25 minutes StairMaster and 20 minutes treadmill.
