Eurostar's Disney express luggage service

Does anyone know if you can take advantage of the Disney express service for your luggage if your staying at The Movenpick Dream Castle ?

I think you have to be staying at 1 of the Disney hotels or the Elysée Val d'Europe BUT I may be mistaken so wait and see what other people say!
