We stayed here last week, in a three bedroom unit that I won at skyauctions.com for $222 for the week! We really loved the villa, much nicer that the Marriott Grand Vista, IMO. The kitchen/dining/living area is one large room, about 20'x20', surely large enough for cooking simple meals and relaxing. The living room area had a sofabed and two wing-backed chairs, coffee and end-tables, and an armoire with a large tv and a vcr! There are 2 master bedrooms, each with king bed, dresser and easy chair, TV, large closet, and in-room bath with deep large tub (one had whirlpool/jacuzzi, one did not), shower cabinet, sink/vanity with ample storage and separate toilet area (door closes for privacy). Third bedroom had large closet, bureau, two twin beds, I'm not sure about tv (we didn't use this room at all). There is also a hallway bathroom with tub/shower, toilet, sink/vanity with plenty of storage space. Kitchen has all full-sized appliances- 'fridge/freezer, stove'oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, toaster, blender, and plenty of dishes, glasssware (red AAND white wine glasses, also flutes, juice and beverage sized glasses), utensils, pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc. In the utility closet there is a stacked, full sized washer/dryer combo, mop and bucket, broom and vacuum cleaner. They provided dishwasher and dish soaps, laundry soap(tide) and all-color bleach, shampoo, conditioner, skin creme and bath soaps (both deodorant and facial), tissues, tp, trash bags, plenty of towels for all bathrooms and kitchen. Each villa also has a screened patio with table and chairs. Ceiling fans are in all rooms, including patio! We had a complimentary midweek cleaning, which included changing of bedding and towel replacement, as well as light cleaning and vacuuming and trash removal (housekeeping is provided daily if you are renting by the night rather than thru a weekly timeshare deal). The lobby area is sparse, but there is a small store. they also have an "attractions" desk with plenty of area brocures and sell admission tickets to many of the theme parks. The pool area was OK, we only used it once, but DD (8) did fine swimming and there is a hot tub, too, as well as a game room, exercise reoom/gym and kitchen area for cookouts/bbq. Pool towels are provided, there is a kids play area, putting green, volleyball area, etc (we didn't use these). The resort staff also organizes many "events" for both adults and kids, some free and some with a charge. You can rent movies in the lobby, either individually ($7/movie?) or with a weekly pass ($16 for unlimited movies?). We really, really liked the villas here- it was just wonderful to be able to sit outdoors on the patio with coffee in the am and watch the world wake up! It took literally no time to get to WDW- the resort is located just behind Buena Vista Suites, a bit east of the Marriott Orlando World Center. We requested a non-smoking villa- turns out they have entire non-smoking buildings, which we thought was great! We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone, althugh we didn't really use any of the "resort amenities".,just used it as "home" for the week!
