DVC-Related Magical Express Question

It seems more appropriate to post this here than on the transportation board.

I will be using Magical Express in February. I reserved this via the DVC member Web site.

From what I understand, a renter staying at VWL is entitled to use Magical Express. However, the renter obviously is not able to register at www.dvcmember.com. How does a renter make a Magical Express reservation?

Since I recently rented out some points and I had a great working relationship w/ the people I was renting to I didn't mind booking their ME through MS for them, it worked out great for them and good for me as they were very happy renters!

Well, I as the owner, was able to make DME reservations for my guests for the stay we had last month. I used the DVC site. It all worked for them. That would be one way to do it. My guests got all of the information they needed in the mail.
