We are driving to Niagara Falls NY for the 1st time in 2 weeks, we live near Allentown, PA. Google maps says to take Rte 476 to Rte 81 all the way to Syracuse and then head out Rte 690 to Rte 90.
Is this the best way to get there or should we go up rte 476 & 81 and pick up 86 near Binghamton and then 390 up to 90?
Having never driven in NY I'm just wondering which route would be better? We'll be leaving on a Sunday morning to go and coming home on a Wed(after lunch).
Any help's appreciated
