How early do you need to show up for Disney Dreams?

The thing with Goofy at the pool only last about 20 minutes. You should have plenty of time to make Disney Dreams. I do not think the matinee get as crowded as the evening performances so you should be fine.

Does the Oceaneer's club still take the kids to the Matinee.This made it a little more crowded but there were still plenty seats available. It is a grea show.
