Do the west coast parks have anything that comparable to the Early Morning Magic (EMM) or Disney After Hours (DAH)? And if so, how far in advance are these types of events announced?
I’m familiar with the Disneyland After Dark event, Magic Mornings, and Extra Magic Hours. I’m just trying to figure out if we’ll have the opportunity (in August) to do any special events.
I’ve done both EMM and DAH at WDW and loved them both. For those unfamiliar, these are hard-ticketed separately priced events that take place before/after regular park hours. EMM is 90 minutes or something before park opening, and usually includes a breakfast buffet somewhere. DAH is for three hours after park closing, and includes free soda/water, popcorn, and ice-cream. I think they do EMM at DHS and the MK, and DAH at DAK, DHS, and the MK.
And to make things more complicated, WDW puts DAH in the theme parks special event section of the website, and put EMM in the dining section. I’m not that familiar with the DL website, so I’m not sure I’m looking in the right places.
Thanks!
