Hi all! Just got back from a stay at SSR; we were AKL refugees who were offered the 1BR and cash incentive. Incidentally, we bought AKV while there!
Anyway, there was a TERRIFIC CM at the Concierge Desk at SSR who I would like to write about to his manager. The CM actually gave me a card with the email address, but that was our second day there and I must have misplaced it on the trip. Does anyone have this email address? This guy really went over and beyond for me and I would like his manager to know that I appreciate it.
If no one has the address, do you think a snail mail letter sent to the resort would work? I am open to suggestions.
