Do the 2Q Bayview or Deluxe at PBH have sleeper pullouts?

We will be 2 moms traveling with 3 teens. Do the 2Q Bayview or Deluxe at PBH have sleeper pullout sofas? If neither do, would you recommend 1 room over the other for a Christmas trip? I know Deluxe is larger, but have also read it’s mainly the bathroom. Is Bayview a better location for boat transportation? TIA.

They do not have pullout sofas but do accommodate a rollaway...

Yes, bathroom is huge. Had bay view, building was next to boat dock. Very nice. We loved the deluxe room.
