No, it’s not open. Presumably it will be when the tower finishes construction.

Boat goes Poly-MK-GF-Poly.

I believe the walkway between MK and GF is open but not the one between GF and Poly.

You have the order of the boats correct. MK to GF to Poly and back to MK
