Disneyland Singapore?

So I believe in the past that Disney was in negotiation to build a Disneyland in SG. Any chance they would ever bring that idea up again or has that ship sailed with 3 parks already built in Asia?

What I remember is Disney wants Singapore government to come out with the land and bear most of the financial risks for them to set up here. That's a no-no so off they went and set up in HK instead.

The casinos and concept of integrated resort only came up later.

Going to Singapore in a couple of weeks. Very excited about it
Started to check visa requirements etc and it looks like i also gonna need an arrival card https://sgarrivalcard.sg/.
Anyone knows something about it? What is the whole purpose of those things? Does it matter how long i gonna stay in the country or all the people need to have them?

I would opine that DIS management should focus on getting the domestic (DLR/DCA & WDW) park maintenance and capital plans up to historical standards before wasting limited financial/logistical resources on a new overseas project.
