Disney Wonder Restaurants Nutritional Information

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to find out the nutritional information for the restaurants on the Disney Cruise Ships, specifically the Wonder? The reason why I'm asking is because I am on a special diet, and I need to know the amount of calories, fat grams, and fiber grams of what is being served.
