@PolyRob - I love that Quattro Formaggi pizza from VN! :thumbsup2

And I could just sit here all day staring at that Fudge Mudslide picture. :lovestruc I've never had one but I want one right now!
It is definitely my favorite pizza! Not that the sundae needs any endorsement, but there is also an entire brownie hidden in there!

I went to Tambu two days. On Saturday, 7/7 I went around 6:30pm before the 8:15pm Luau for drinks and the nachos. (They were AMAZING!) I was fortunate to find two seats at the bar. I have never been able to do this on a Saturday! There was a constant flow of people up until I left. I went back to Tambu around 10:30pm for dessert since I prefer it to the Luau's and the bar was full so I sat at a side table. On Monday, 7/9 I went around 7:15pm and it was empty! There were so many seats at the bar. There are no Luaus on Sunday or Monday so I think that helped with the crowds. If you get a Lapu Lapu, ask for a spoon or clean fork and knife to scrape the inside out once you finish the drink. Delicious!

As for Beaches and Cream, you can get all the sundaes (except the really big Kitchen Sink) from the takeout side! They are not posted on the takeout menu, but you can look on your phone or at the menu posted outside the restaurant. Beaches and Cream also just started offering it's hard floats/beverages to go! It is definitely a favorite spot with my family and no trip is complete if we do not visit!
Fantastic information thanks so much! We are checking into the Poly next week and hoping to pop into Tambu Lounge. Lapu Lapu is a must as we’ve never had it!

Hard floats and beverages to go also changes our HS / Epcot Plans! :)

I am by no means a food photographer, but here are some from my first night in Disney this past February (2018). We went to The Edison in Disney Springs and ordered the greek salad, deviled eggs, and tomato soup + grilled cheese. I would get the deviled eggs + soup/sandwich again but not the salad.

The Greek Salad looks REALLY good to me. Why did you not like it?

Morimoto 1) Morimoto spare ribs, the marinade is out of this world! 2) grilled pepper steak. 3) Singapore Laksa Noodle.. The coconut curry broth was amazing!! Raglan Road 4) Wild side crepe, my boyfriend said it was so good! Or "legit" as he called it :) 5) pea & ham soap 6) Hipsters Lament.. I thought this was incredible!! Literally everything about it was perfect. :)

This is my family's lunch at The Plaza in Magic Kingdom. one of my favorite restaurants at Disney.
Tuna 2.jpg
Tuna Salad Sandwich: $15.00 (Side of Chips)
Honestly, this is one of my favorite meals on property (but that may just be because I LOVE tuna sandwiches. :mickeybar My mom also got one of these and said she enjoyed it as well.

Sandwich.jpg
Plaza Club: $15.00 (Side of Veggies)
My little brother apparently has a newfound love for club sandwiches after having this one and now asks my mom for them all the time.

Grilled Cheese.jpg
Kids Grilled Cheese Sandwich: $9.00
My little sister is only 5 and is a pretty picky eater, so we were glad that she enjoyed her grilled cheese with french fries. :D
Ice Cream.jpg
Mickeylodeon (Included with Kid's Meal)
I had a couple bites of my sister's dessert (while she wasn't looking) and it was pretty average but also very refreshing given the heat.

Overall, we really enjoyed out lunch at the Plaza and left feeling stuffed and satisfied. The service was great as always and everyone was happy with the food options.

OMG--the ribs, my daughter still talks about them 7 months later....Cannot wait to have them again.

Vegetable omelette. This wasn’t listed on the menu but our server was happy to accommodate. Basically I said I wanted a veggie omelette and she listed the possible additions. They all sounded great so I simply said “Yes, please!” It was delicious. I didn’t touch the biscuit.

DH’s very boring pancakes. Ha! He loves them though.

Dinner at Spice Road Table. This has definitely become one of our favorites.

American Breakfast - Fresh scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, crisp bacon, and link sausage with butter croissant. DH was pretty disappointed with this and wished he had gotten what I got. I always order better than him. Haha!

Toothsome Chocolate Emporium at City Walk

Vegetable Press - Roasted vegetables, portobello mushrooms, arugula pesto, Gruyère and dill harvarti cheeses, cranberry herb artisan bread. I love a good veggie sandwich and this was honestly the best I’ve ever had.

Cheddar Bacon Burger - Half pound, housemade patty, bibb lettuce, roasted tomatoes, signature sauce, toasted brioche

Strawberry Cheesecake - Sour cream ice cream, cheesecake, graham crackers, fresh whipped cream, chocolate dipped strawberry. DH’s eyes were bigger than his stomach. He probably had a quarter of this and was done. Too bad I don’t like strawberry ice cream very much. I got one of their caramel/chocolate covered apples and I can’t believe I didn’t take a photo. I snacked on this over several days and it was great!

Breakfast Protein Bowl - Choice of Tofu Scramble or Eggs, with Quinoa, Sweet Potatoes, Chard and Kale, Vegan Sausage, Chocolate-Avocado Toast, and Carrot-Ginger Dressing. Everything was very tasty and this was huge! The carrot-ginger dressing was not very appealing at breakfast but I loved how vegetable-heavy this was. I got eggs.

DH got the Cornbread Waffle - with Strawberry-Orange Compote, Lemon Ricotta, and Basil Sugar with a side of sausage. Once again, he was kinda disappointed and finished off what I didn’t eat of mine. It wasn’t that his was bad, he just went against his gut when ordering.

The best ice cream on property (IMO) - Ample Hills Creamery!

I think this is the peanut butter maybe. Whatever it is, it’s out of character for my husband. He usually gets mint chocolate or strawberry. But everything here is great.
