Welcome to the third edition of the ever popular Disney food pictures (aka food porn :thumbsup2 )

All your Disney food pictures are welcome! We do ask that you stay to the topic of Disney food pics. If you have off topic questions for a poster, send them a PM.

We would like to ask you to not quote a multipicture thread. Respond to the poster by name if you need to. Sometimes multiple people will quote the same multiple picture thread and it takes up a whole page.

The mods thank you and look forward to all the new pics!

Are the beets roasted? They look pickled to me. (I was thinking of recreating this salad at home.)

UPDATE: Nevermind. I looked up reviews and someone said although it's labeled as roasted beets, they looked and tasted canned to them. I thought they looked a lot like the canned ones my mom served when I was a kid.

Wow! A part three to the Disney Food Picture Epic! Unfortunately I cannot post any pictures until December 2009:sad1:

I love beets, and theres a mason bottle opened right now in my frige! These were roasted if memory serves me right. I don't recall them having the slightly stronger taste of pickled beets. My wife don't like pickled beets, and she tasted half of one and liked it, so roasted does make more sense. I remember that this salad had some really good variations of flavors. It was "different". Different is good.:goodvibes

DDP TRIVIA:
The Full Throttle beverage shown in the pics above is the most expensive drink allowed on the DDP. (I believe; feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) Its $5 a can!!!! I'd never pay that in a store. Its "OK". I think its fruit flavored. Its made by Coca Cola. Its also only available at the Land in Epcot. Or at least I haven't seen it anywhere else. I've seen other energy drinks, but The Land is the only place I have seen THIS drink.

I looked through all of my digital pics from my last trip (back in 2005). I didn't even think about taking pics of food, and I didn't know about this site back then! This isn't exactly food, but it was from dinner at the Polynesian Luau. It is a drink my mom ordered. Not sure exactly what it was, but it came with a neat light up "ice cube"

So how/where do I get roasted beets? Or am I supposed to roast them myself?
