Depositing towards balance - "My bookings" not functioning

I'm trying to make a payment towards my balance, but the "My Bookings" page on the DLP website seems to be malfunctioning.

Most of the times, my booking won't show up, and it doesn't even allow me to look it up, the page is just empty or shows the calendar to make a new booking.

It's been like this for a few days.

I was able to see it once (then it disappeared), but even then I got this message: "[7003] The booking reference cannot be consulted. Please contact our reservation office on 08448 003 243 (5ppm from a land line)."

Does any one have any tips?

Like I've mentioned in my other post, I'm having problem dialing that phone number as well, so I'm pretty much stuck.

Any advice would be Appreciated.

I am having the same issue. My trip isn't for a couple months, so I'm not too worried. But I would like Disney IT to semi-function. (Yes I know that is a paradox.
