Current Seaworld Official Hotel perks/benefits

Going next week and wondering what the current Offical Seaworld Hotel Perks are and how do you actually get them? There's lots of conflicting info out there and we have just spent over an hour making three different phone calls trying to get an answer to this question with no luck.

For those willing to read on, here are a few more specifics.
We purchased the Discovery Cove Ultimate Package through UT and are staying at Vistana Villages for the week. However we had one extra night at the beginning so I booked Fairfield at Seaworld with a bunch of Orbitz points I had thinking there might be an extra perk or two to take advantage of on our first day. The Seaworld site lists "Complemetary access to the Seaworld Rescue Tour" as a current benefit, however Fairfield site does not list that but does list "Reserved Show Seating" as a benefit, but Seaworld does not. Apparently Quick Que is never a perk anymore which stinks but so be it. We attempted clarification first by email and got a one sentence response to call a "reservations specialist" at Seaworld. We did that and they were less than helpful and told us that since we booked through Orbitz we would have to contact Orbitz. That makes no sense, because I've read on here multiple times that it makes no difference where you book your hotel. I told them my simply question was what are the current Official Hotel perks and was again told I had to call Orbitz and ask them. We than called two different numbers for the Fairfield, first was the main Marriot number then direct to the hotel and after multiple holds and waits still could never get concrete answers, got everything from none of those perks are currently available, to we could do the tour but only if we paid for it and booked it with Seaworld directly(well duh). I am just trying to decide if we specifically want to plan to do Seaworld our first day, the Rescue Tour or Reserved seating would give us a reason to do it that day over Sunday or Monday.

I don’t have an answer for you but will reach out to a friend that spends a lot of time at sea world

I’ll send her here to the forum if she can help you

Ok thanks. I was amazed that three different people on the phone could not answer the question or gave different answers I would have thought that it was a common question.

Just wanted to report back my experience in case any other DISers are wondering. I was told there are no Official Hotel perks currently offered just for staying at an Official Seaworld Partner Hotel. I talked to two different people at the hotel itself (Fairfield at Seaworld) and their answers were not really informative or convincing. One of them just simply told me there were no special perks for staying there. When a second person repeated this the next day I followed by asking so what does "Official Hotel Partner" even mean then, and she said that they "just promote each other". One day at Seaworld when I saw no line at Guest Services I decided to try to get an explanation of the current perks from them. The person there was more pleasant and seemed more knowledgeable and she told me that you now only get extra perks if you book it as a package and that currently the only extra perks was the discounts and the Seaworld Rescue Tour.

When visiting Sea World we usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn within walking distance. In times past one of the perks was a free Skip The Line pass good one use at each of 5 or 6 attractions.

Not anymore. The desk in the lobby SELLS three different levels of passes, the same ones available online or at the parks. We declined and decided to see how crowded the park was and buy onsite if necessary. But Tuesday March 8 was lightly attended and the passes were unnecessary, even for the month-old new coaster Ice Breaker.

One perk we DID use was the free shuttle to the park instead of walking to avoid the $30 parking charge.
