Anyone know of someone who works on cricut machine? I bought a cricut, the first model off Amazon from a dealer. Long story short didn't try it out till the return period was over and it won't turn on.there is a green blink but that's it. Have called cricut several times and they are no help. Last resort before it and $$$$ go in the trash. Thanks for any suggestions

Have you tried reaching out to the manufacturer? Either with an email or on Facebook?

Do you have the right power adapter for your machine? Check the power adapter in the power cord. The green light on the box should be lit. You could also attempt to use another Cricut power cord.

Important: It is important to use the same power cord that came with your machine. Cricut Maker power cords have extra current to support the USB charging port and higher cutting force. Using an Explore or Legacy power cord with your Maker machine can cause issues. However, the Maker power cords can be used with any Cricut machine (except Cricut Imagine).

You can find the different power cords from the image below. The power brick on Maker power cord is plain, whereas it has dots on Explore cords and horizontal lines on legacy ones.

If the power issues persist after these steps have been checked/attempted, take a brief video of the issue occurring and contact Cricut:
