Cost / Dress Code

Is there an additional cost to High Tea and is there a dress code? I thought everything in Pablo's was extra.

High tea is free but you must have a reservation and they go quickly.

The dress code for all the daytime events at Palo is resort casual. They request no shorts be worn.

Not everything in Palo is extra, but it is in Pablo's. I believe that is a high-end (no pun intended) bordello in Cozumel...
