Correct email to contact Disney

This is what I have but have sent 3 emails the last couple of months and get the email saying they got it and someone will contact me.

I leave my name and phone number and have gotten no reply

Do they not answer anymore?????

I called guest services and they said its no longer a valid email

They really shouldn't be sending the generic email saying they will contact me when obvious they won't.
Well now I know why no one is getting back to me

Try this, you have to go online and fill out a form, its the closest thing I could find to a company email address. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/help/email/

Hmm...I sent an email to wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com about an issue I was having 6 days ago, and I got a phone call yesterday. I'm sorry that address didn't work for you, @rstamm ...hopefully the new one they provided will!
