Complaint!

Hi Everyone,

Just got back from DLP after a 4 night stay, had a great time but unfortunately I going to make a complaint regarding the levels of service in booking the holiday, the room in the Cheyanne and the managers attitude to the problems.

I have already faxed a complaint letter to the booking centre in respect of the first matter but as yet received no reply (after 10 days), so I was going to take the matter further up the chain. Anyone got any advice?

As Stephan said, do tell us what happened with your booking - did you book directly with them or through the UK office?
